I left out MD in the name of the master deck because it is just a jumping-off point, not the be all, end all resource (though it's a hell of a start, let's be honest) The information doesn't have to come from Mental Dental.

Post about it on the sub and we can determine whether or not it's high-yield and worth adding to the decks for everyone.

Once you download them, these decks are yours.I think there's important information that was skipped over in the decks and I feel it's really important. Post your question on the sub that way others can find the answers more quickly! I get a few PMs a day and a lot of them are the same questions over and over. It's broken, or I can't get it to work :( HEEELP It's not ideal for learning but it can come in handy. There are add-ons that exist to reschedule cards if you know you won't be able to review for a few days. You'll often find that once you start reviewing you feel the need to keep going-kind of like a game. Do 50 cards while sitting on the toilet etc. In the grand scheme of things, it's not too bad. If you usually spend an hour reviewing cards, you may have to review two hours. Once you start your stress will decrease and you'll speed through your reviews. Don't put it off till tonight, just start with a few cards. I missed a day and now I've got a metric shit-ton of cards.ĭeep breath. That's ok! This means that if you feel the need to supplement with other material you can, because you've got the time. Everyone needs different amounts of time, but this might be a lot less time than you were expecting to study per day. Results may vary and you may take 2 hours or 4+ hours. On average, expect to watch about 45 minutes worth of videos, spend an hour reviewing and reading other sources to consolidate the material, then about 45 minutes to learn the new material, and about an hour reviewing the rest of the material. Watch 3 videos per day for 10 days then take a a 3 or 4 day break from watching, (keep reviewing though!!) so your reviews don't get too crazy and you avoid burnout.ģ videos per day sounds like very little. In theory you could start about a month out, but your number of reviews per day would be very high (600+) so I suggest starting at about 2 months before your exam and pacing yourself. There are cards for a little over 90 videos. I suggest watching about 3 videos per day. How many videos should I watch per day and when should I start? *If there's a part of this that seems really complicated, let me know and I can put together a walk-through with pictures or a tutorial of some kind. As a general rule, avoid pressing "easy," as it quickly becomes a cop-out. Put in the correct inputs (when you get a card right or wrong) and it will be more efficient. It's an algorithm that feeds you cards based on your inputs. Anki isn't an all-knowing computer program that magically intuits what you need. If you don't know the card or you got it wrong, click again.

Try not to skip any days as the reviews will pile up fast.
